The Trust's constitution as a company limited by guarantee. It sets out the Trust's purposes, who can be a member (residents of the New Luce Community Council area aged 18 or over), how general meetings and the AGM work, and how the Board is made up: up to six directors elected by the members and up to two appointed by New Luce Community Council, with a third of the elected directors retiring each year.
