The second Community Action Plan. It explains the background to the Trust, what the first plan (2017 to 2024) achieved under its six priorities, and the results of the 2023 consultations, where every idea was voted on. Ideas are grouped into short-term (1 to 2 years), medium-term (2 to 5) and long-term (5 to 10) plans, with the money ring-fenced for the first-year actions: parking (£50,000), EV charging (£4,000), a walks leaflet (£1,500) and village maintenance (£1,000).
