What's in it
The rules of the Educational Grants Scheme, from 1 August 2025: up to £2,000 per resident towards full-time university or HNC/HND courses (not tuition fees), short and Open University courses, and practical courses approved by the SQA or similar. Applicants must live permanently in the New Luce Community Council area and show evidence of acceptance on a course. Decisions take up to eight weeks.
