Phase 1 of the refurbishment of the Kenmuir Arms has taken place, and saw the building being stripped back to the structural walls.
Phase 2 which is the main refurbishment works hopes to get underway very soon, the building warrant application has been approved in principal and tender invites have been sent out to contractors.
