Kenmuir Arms Hotel update, August 2022
This post is from 2022. Some details, such as contacts, dates and amounts, may have changed since.
The work is progressing well at the Kenmuir Arms, and then end is in sight!
The building and grounds are going to look fantastic and we can’t wait to showcase to our Community and further afield.
The work is scheduled to be completed by 31st October 2022. We are in the process of advertising for a tenant to run and manage the property and to date have had good interest.
We plan to have a tenant in place and the property opened this year.
