Community Action Plan (CAP)

New Luce Community Trust launched their second CAP in late 2023, after various community consultations and events.

Whilst this document has been created, this will be a “Live” document, and will steer the work of the Trust going forward for the next 5-10 years.

New identified projects can be added to the plan at any time, if the community are in agreement with and they fit the criteria of our agreements with our funders.
